True Lives helps families record prompted life-story answers on a phone and receive an assembled video with captions. Features and pricing are described on our website and may change as we improve the product.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have permission to share any stories, images, or recordings you upload.

Payments & refunds

Fees are charged as shown at checkout. Refunds apply when we fail to assemble the video, not because you dislike a take. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant True Lives a license to use that content solely to produce, host, and deliver your story video and operate the service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, infringe others' rights, upload unlawful material, or attempt to disrupt or access systems without authorization.
